About this website

This website is operated by iMad (“iMad”, “we”) to describe our branding, signage and printing services and to let visitors contact us. It is an informational marketing website. You do not need an account to use it, and it does not sell products or take payments.

Information you give us

If you send an enquiry through the contact form, you provide your name, your requirement and a phone number or email address. You may also provide your company name and the service you are interested in. We use this information only to understand your requirement, reply to you and discuss or quote for the work. Enquiries are delivered to us by email through Resend, an email delivery service, which processes the details you submit only to send them to us.

Please do not include sensitive personal information, such as financial or identity numbers, in an enquiry.

Contact by phone, email or WhatsApp

The website offers phone, email and WhatsApp links, and a link to iMad’s IndiaMART profile. Selecting one opens the relevant app or site on your device. What you send is then handled by that service under its own terms and privacy policy, and by us for the purpose of replying to you.

Information collected automatically

The website uses Google Analytics 4, provided by Google, to understand how the site is used and to improve it. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies and collects usage information such as the pages you view, how you arrived, your approximate location, and your device, browser and operating system. We also record clicks on phone, email, WhatsApp, IndiaMART and contact links as events. Those events do not include the phone number, email address or message involved, and nothing you type into the enquiry form is sent to Google Analytics.

The website code does not run advertising campaigns or remarketing, and we do not sell personal information. However, Google Analytics can exchange data with Google’s advertising domains, for example to support aggregated audience reporting. Google processes analytics data under its own privacy policy. You can manage how Google uses information for advertising in your Google account’s ad settings, block cookies in your browser, or use Google’s Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Like most websites, the server that delivers the pages may also keep standard technical logs, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and time of request, for security and to keep the site working. Apart from the Google Analytics cookies, the site sets no cookies of its own. Fonts used by the site are served from the site itself.

The contact page includes an embedded Google Map. When that map loads, Google may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details, and may set its own cookies, under Google’s own privacy policy. Apart from Google Analytics, no other Google service is loaded on other pages of the site.

If we add other services in future, this policy will be updated before they are used and, where required, your consent will be requested.

Sharing information

We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the website or respond to enquiries, and where the law requires it.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond to you and to keep a record of the discussion, and delete them when they are no longer needed.

The website links to iMad’s Facebook and Behance profiles, its IndiaMART page and Google Maps. These are third-party services that open in a new tab, and we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, so please read their policies.

Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, by contacting us through the contact page. We handle personal information in line with applicable Indian law.

We may update this policy as the website changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
